About Catherine

Catherine is a passionate and energetic osteopath who genuinely loves helping people move and feel better. She’s always been fascinated by the human body—how it moves, how it adapts, and how amazingly it can heal itself. Catherine has been practicing osteopathy since 2021 and kinesiology since 2014, blending the two to support her patients in finding balance, strength, and well-being. She truly believes that when the body is well-aligned and strong, it becomes the foundation for living pain-free and performing at your best. Catherine has a deep love for movement and the outdoors. She is a high-level alpine ski instructor (CSIA Level 4) and over the years, has immersed herself in a variety of sports – trail running, rowing, speed skating, road and gravel cycling, as well as strength training. Through these experiences, she has grown as an athlete and developed a true appreciation for the resilience of the human body. With her background, she truly understands what it means to push one’s limits—and what it feels like to face pain or injury along the way. Catherine is known for being approachable, calm, and genuinely empathetic. Her warm and grounded energy creates a safe and welcoming space where patients feel listened to and supported.
