About Cassandra

Cassy Ginson is a passionate registered massage therapist that took her training at ACTM in her hometown Fredericton NB. There she started her massage therapy path, in both spa and clinical settings. Two children later and 9 years of continuous practice, she still loves massage therapy the same as the day she started. Her enthusiasm for living in the moment creates a grounding and calming atmosphere that comes out during her treatments. Cassy has taken many courses to add to her practice such as Indian Scalp Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, etc. Although she is most commonly known as "heavy handed" she combines both deep tissue and gentler therapeutic techniques to make an effective yet relaxing treatment. Active herself, she promotes a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. Providing Massage therapy and knowledge on proper stretching/strengthening exercices at home, is her way of sending you on your own path to achieve this goal whether it's returning to a healthy lifestyle or maintaining one.
