About Carson
Carson is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University and an Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy from Centennial College. With a strong foundation in human movement, anatomy, and rehabilitation, Carson combines evidence-based practice with a personalized approach to help clients move and feel their best.
In treatment, Carson specializes in trigger point therapy, pin and stretch techniques, and joint mobilizations—methods that work together to relieve muscle tension, restore mobility, and improve overall function. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance your daily performance, Carson tailors each session to meet your individual needs and goals.
Beyond the clinic, Carson has a passion for powerlifting and enjoys staying active through both individual and team sports, including badminton and volleyball.
