By using approaches grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, my hope is to empower you with the strength and resilience you already have while also building your toolkit full of coping skills. As a therapist, I like to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where we can work together to meet your individual needs and go at your own pace. Whether you are experiences challenges in your personal life, your relationships, or having difficulties navigating life transitions, I am here to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing and wellness. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I'm here to make sure it's a meaningful one for you. I have earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree (BSW) from Trent University and my Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from York University. I am a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. My approach to therapy combines evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), along with a holistic understanding of an individual's experiences. My own personal experiences have shown me that therapy can be life changing, and I would be honoured to be a part of your healing journey.
