Carola Braverman is a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a
diverse background in Pilates instruction and a deep understanding of body movement.
Graduating with honours from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, Carola blends her
extensive knowledge of biomechanics and physical well-being with a compassionate, patient-
centred approach to treatment.
Before transitioning to massage therapy, Carola spent many years as a Pilates instructor, where
she developed a comprehensive understanding of the body’s movement patterns. This experience
has allowed her to bring a unique, holistic perspective to her massage therapy practice, focusing
on improving functional movement and helping patients achieve their goals of living a pain-free,
active lifestyle.
Carola is deeply committed to lifelong learning and is always exploring new methods and
techniques to enhance her practice. Her expertise includes orthopaedic treatments, sports injury
rehabilitation, postural pain and dysfunction correction, pre- and post-natal massage, post-
surgical rehabilitation, stress-related muscle tension, and trauma-informed relaxation massage.
Additionally, Carola utilizes craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation techniques offering a
broad array of therapeutic options to meet the unique needs of her patients.
Fluent in English, Spanish, Hebrew, Portuguese, and conversational in Italian, Carola’s ability to
connect with a wide range of clients is enriched by her extensive travel experiences. Her
exposure to diverse cultures and different healing practices has given her a well-rounded
perspective on wellness and a deep appreciation for the individual’s unique needs and
experiences.
Carola’s warm, empathetic, and inquisitive nature ensures that every patient receives
