I am a Registered Massage Therapist practicing for over 7 years now, who graduated from the Langara College RMT program. I am patient-focused and committed to providing quality therapeutic massages to help reduce muscle tension, relieve chronic pains, rehabilitate from any injuries and provide a moment of relaxation. I am passionate about massage therapy and believe it can be a key component in helping my patients achieve physical and mental wellness. Having been an athlete, as well as being an office worker and student for many years, I know what it is like to deal with aches and pains that go along with certain lifestyles and want to help get rid of those stresses. My treatments include swedish relaxation massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular techniques, active and passive stretching and pre and post-natal.
