About Carlo
Carlo graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science, from the University of the Fraser Valley. As a member of the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK), Carlo is passionate about helping individuals achieve better health and functionality through movement.
He has experience working with mental health clients, utilizing exercise as a therapeutic tool for behavioral activation, as well as supporting individuals with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. Carlo is continually expanding his expertise, with a keen interest in vestibular training and a commitment to professional growth. He is currently pursuing certification as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist to broaden his scope of practice and contribute to cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
