A Registered Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based in Fredericton, with a background in Kinesiology and a strong reputation as a knowledgeable, results-driven trainer. After earning my degree in Kinesiology, I built a successful career in the fitness industry, becoming a well-known figure in the local strength and conditioning community. My passion for movement, recovery, and human performance led me to complete a 2200-hour massage therapy program, where I expanded my skills to better serve my clients through hands-on therapeutic care.
I blend my deep understanding of biomechanics and training with clinical massage techniques, offering personalized deep tissue, therapeutic, and sports massage treatments. My dual background allows me to assess and treat the root causes of dysfunction, helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and return to the activities they love.
My treatment philosophy is simple: address the cause, not just the symptoms. I am committed to helping people understand their bodies, recover with purpose, and build long-term resilience. I place a strong emphasis on client education, empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to stay pain-free and active between treatments.
Therapeutic Massage
60 minute therapeutic massage that can include a wide variety of techniques dependent on the training of each RMT, and home care at the end to ensure the benefits of massage are ongoing.
