I am a Registered Psychotherapist belonging to the College of Registered Psychotherapist of
Ontario (CRPO # 10647). I have a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a graduate certificate in Addictions and Mental Health from Durham College, and a Bachelors of Arts, Honours in Psychology from Trent University.

Some therapeutic modalities include: solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), emotion focused therapy (EFT) and self-compassion focused therapy. We will collaborate on goals that align with your healing journey and I will support you the best I can to help you achieve those goals!
