About Brooke

Born and raised in Ontario and a former Division I track and field athlete, I especially enjoy working with athletes, children, teens, and emerging adults, supporting everything from performance pressure to identity and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and collaborative, drawing from somatic, strength-based, and DBT approaches. I bring a warm, grounded, and down-to-earth presence, my love of the outdoors (especially skiing and snowboarding) and a balance of warmth and light humour into the counselling space.
