Breanne's favourite part of physiotherapy is helping people progress through their recovery, and watching them get back to doing what they love. Skilled in providing individualized care, Breanne incorporates a wide variety of techniques including hands-on manual therapy, laser therapy, shockwave, dry needling/ IMS, customized exercises, taping, and other methods, depending on your unique needs and health goals. Breanne will focus each session on relieving your primary symptoms, all while ensuring you are progressing towards the ultimate goal: resolve the underlying health concern or challenges, and preventing your pain from happening again! Breanne has experience treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions, and is particularly interested in sports injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, back pain and joint pain. She completed a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from Queen's University after obtaining her undergraduate Honours Degree in Life Sciences from McMaster University, and has gone on to complete additional training including contemporary acupuncture (dry needling) certification. When not in the clinic, Breanne enjoys multi-day backpacking across challenging terrain, running, going on motorcycle trips and playing Spikeball with friends.
