Bethany graduated from the Double Major Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Program offered by the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine here in Calgary. She was first introduced to acupuncture over 10 years ago when dealing with her own health challenges that were not improving with Western medicine. While she cannot say enough great things about acupuncture, she also offers other modalities. She is trained in cupping therapy, gua sha, electrostimulation, herbal prescriptions, and Chinese lifestyle and diet advice. Bethany designs individualized treatment plans and combines modalities based on her clients’ goals and health concerns. She aspires to educate and empower her clients to take an active role in their health and healing journey so that they can live their best life.
During her free time, Bethany enjoys exploring nature, creating delicious food, reading, practicing yoga, and hanging out with friends.
