Hello everyone! I'm Benia (she/her), a Registered Acupuncturist now serving the community in Quw'utsun Nation territory. My approach is to meet you where you are on your healing journey, offering support rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, teachings from mentors, and my background in psychology, health coaching, and nature-based therapies. My deepest motivation for choosing this path—and for healing itself—stems from observing the rhythms of nature and the profound connection we each share with it, both individually and collectively.
Like many, I discovered acupuncture and the principles of TCM as an incredible complement to my own healing. This medicine has been my anchor and compass, bringing me back to balance whenever I’m out of sorts—usually because I've spent too much time in the ocean!
