Over the years as a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor holding a ME.d from University of Ottawa in Counseling Psychology, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through a wide range of concerns. From working on crisis lines to employee assistance programs (EAPs) and at a women’s shelter, I’ve developed a broad, integrative approach that meets each client where they are at.
With over five years of experience as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strength. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration—believing that healing begins when we feel heard, supported, and understood.
Outside the therapy room, I love climbing mountains, running, cycling, and hiking. These passions mirror my work with clients, and the motivation behind my practice’s name: each journey has its own terrain, pace, and setbacks—but with the right support, reaching the summit is possible.
