Ava Brown is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist known for her diverse background in the field of massage therapy. Since graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Bedford, Nova Scotia, in 2006, she has maintained membership in good standing with both the New Brunswick Massage Association and the CMTNB. One of Ava's specialized areas is treating TMJ dysfunction, which can effectively reduce the intensity and frequency of migraines, headaches, upper body tension, tooth pain, and improve jaw mobility. She possesses a keen interest in energy work and techniques, exploring how these elements influence overall well-being. Ava is a firm believer in the connection between the mind and body, often emphasizing that “where the mind goes, the body follows.” In addition to her niche expertise, Ava is trained in various massage techniques. She offers myofascial release, incorporating cupping and gua sha, deep tissue techniques, prenatal massage, therapeutic hot stone massage, and relaxation massage.
