With a deep-rooted passion for human performance and integrative medicine, Ashley brings a unique blend of athletic experience and clinical training to the wellness space. A former student-athlete at Northern Arizona University, Ashley competed in track and field at a national level, earning 2x All-American honours. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with additional studies in Chemistry and Psychology.
After spending three years competing as a professional runner, Ashley transitioned her focus to helping others achieve optimal health. She is currently a Registered Massage Therapist and has completed her Naturopathic Medical degree. Ashley is currently preparing to write her licensing board exams to become a Naturopathic Doctor in 2025. She combines evidence-based science with hands-on care and a whole-body approach to healing.
Outside the clinic, Ashley stays active through weightlifting, yoga, hiking, and long walks with her dogs. She also enjoys quality time with family and friends, staying grounded through connection and movement. Ashley is passionate about empowering others to reach their health goals, whether that’s recovering from injury, improving performance, or simply feeling their best every day.
