My approach is trauma-informed and person-centered, ensuring your experiences remain at the heart of our work. I strive to reflect your strengths, uncover hope in dark times, and help you see potential where you once saw failure.
For nearly a decade, I’ve worked as a youth and family counsellor, supporting parents through the teen years and strengthening family relationships. I have advanced training in Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) and integrate Bowen family systems principles. In this role, I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families as they discovered new insights, shifted patterns, and adapted to life’s challenges.
