Anika grew up in Fernie and is grateful to return to her roots to support the health and well-being of the Elk Valley community. She graduated with honours as valedictorian in 2025 from Kootenay Columbia College, where she developed a strong foundation in therapeutic assessment, evidence-informed treatment, and patient-centered care.
Anika is passionate about helping people move with greater ease and confidence. Her treatments blend Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, and targeted mobility work to support recovery, reduce pain, and promote overall wellness. Above all, she strives to help patients return to the activities they love.
