I’m Angel, I’m a registered massage therapist, yoga teacher, reiki practitioner and nutritionist. I am committed to helping my clients reach their health goals in a holistic way as they relate to mind, body and spirit.
Treating my clients as a whole, more than just their physical body. I understand that mindset and emotional well-being play a crucial part in overall health, whether its an acute injury, chronic pain or day to day muscle tension.
My massage modalities include Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage massage, Thai massage and prenatal massage. Including the modalities acupuncture and cupping. Reiki Energy healing is included in every massage and help restore balance and ease the nervous system.
Functional and restorative yoga classes are another way for clients to care for themselves. My online classes are taught with specific attention to bringing balance to both the body and mind.
