Andy is a Registered Massage Therapist who takes a hands-on, evidence-informed approach to helping clients recover from injuries, manage pain, and improve their overall well-being. He is committed to providing individualized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and goals.
Andy holds a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and is a graduate of Humber College’s Massage Therapy program. His treatments may incorporate a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching, and therapeutic exercise prescription. He believes that combining manual therapy with patient education and personalized exercise programs helps clients achieve lasting pain relief, improved movement, and long-term health.
