Andy Haile is a Nurse Practitioner with a passion for patient-centered, whole-person care. Before entering healthcare, he worked as a teacher, an experience that shaped his dedication to listening, educating, and empowering others.
With a decade of nursing experience, having worked as a Registered Nurse in acute care, urgent care, and long-term care, where he provided compassionate and skilled support to patients and families. Now practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care, Andy blends medical expertise with a collaborative approach to support health and wellness across the lifespan.
His philosophy of care is rooted in listening, partnership, and empowering patients with the tools they need to take an active role in their health. He believes in addressing the root causes of illness—not just the symptoms—while integrating evidence-based medicine with holistic perspectives.
Andy has special interests in preventive health, hormone therapy, and both women’s and men’s health. He welcomes patients of all ages, whether they are managing chronic conditions, focusing on preventive wellness, or navigating life transitions. With both in-person and virtual care options, Andy is committed to making high-quality care accessible and tailored to individual needs.
Outside of practice, Andy enjoys staying active, playing soccer, spending time with family, and contributing to his community. He is passionate about lifelong learning and continues to expand his knowledge to better serve his patients.
