With over 15 years’ experience in Health, Wellness and Preventative Care, with an extensive background as a Healthy Living Coordinator and then furthering her career within Long Term Care, has led to her expanding into her career as a Top-Level Massage Therapist. Her years of experience in promoting wellness and preventative care, combined with comprehensive health strategies to foster clients’ overall well-being, she strategically integrates health and wellness into her massage therapy treatments.
