Since graduating from Makami College’s Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program in 2016, I’ve focused on helping clients find true, lasting relief through a blend of comfort, relaxation, and targeted therapeutic techniques. Each session begins with ease and relaxation to support your body’s natural healing process. I tailor treatments to your needs using fascial work, trigger point release, passive movements, and stretching—all designed to address both symptoms and root causes. Dynamic cupping is also available for deeper connective tissue release and stubborn adhesion work. My goal is to leave you feeling lighter, balanced, and empowered to move forward with renewed wellness. With an easygoing, down-to-earth approach, I create a space where you can relax, recharge, and leave feeling your best.
