If you are looking for a kind, compassionate clinical counsellor, you may have found the right person. I've worked as a therapist for the past 15 years building experience in a variety of different roles. I enjoy spending time with people from all walks of life, and would be happy to meet with you and see how I can support you along your journey.
I take a collaborative and strengths focused approach to counselling, supporting you to live and relate to others in more fulfilling ways. I work with a variety of therapeutic modalities including mindfulness, DBT and CBT. I have specialized training in Level 1 Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, and IFS-informed EMDR. However, I believe the relationship you have with your therapist matters more than any training, and I would encourage you to find the right fit for you.
I’m currently transitioning into this role and accepting new adult clients seeking individual counselling services.
Rates: $220/hr
$330/90 min
Accepts: Cash, E-transfer, Debit, Visa, Mastercard
