About Amish

Amish is dedicated to empowering individuals to understand their bodies, overcome injury, and regain the strength and confidence to return to the activities that matter most. A MSc.PT grad from the University of Alberta, he is committed to staying current with the latest evidence to ensure his care is well-supported and effective. Above all, Amish believe treatment should always be tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals and continually adapted based on their response. Amish completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at the University of Victoria. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Amish spent years working in outdoor, labour-intensive roles, giving him a firsthand appreciation of the physical demands placed on workers—and the importance of effective rehabilitation in getting them back to what they need and love to do. A passionate sports fan, Amish has a particular love for rugby, soccer, and boxing. He brings experience in resistance training and coaching exercise programs, which inform his approach to building strength, optimizing movement, and supporting long-term physical resilience. Outside the clinic, he’s happiest hiking, backpacking, and discovering hidden outdoor gems across the region.
