About Alysha

Infant + Paediatric Massage Therapy Alysha is a Registered Massage Therapist with nearly 10 years of experience and a deep passion for supporting infants, children, and their families during the earliest and most formative stages of life. She specializes exclusively in infant and pediatric massage therapy, providing gentle, developmentally informed care tailored to each child’s unique needs. Alysha has a strong interest in infant and child development and has pursued additional training focused on developmental milestones and common challenges that can arise from the newborn stage through childhood. She provides treatment for babies navigating oral dysfunction and feeding difficulties, tension-related conditions such as torticollis, digestive challenges including reflux, constipation, and colic-like symptoms, as well as infants and children who are struggling with gross and fine motor milestones. She works closely with parents, offering education, reassurance, and practical support, while empowering caregivers to better understand their child’s body and development. Alysha is also a mother of two young boys, her own experience as a mother supports her compassionate, patient, and realistic approach to care. In addition to her massage therapy practice, Alysha is the owner of a local Doula Agency and works as a postpartum doula, prenatal educator, and infant feeding support provider. This background allows her to support families in a truly holistic way, caring not only for the physical needs of the child, but also for the emotional well-being of parents during a time that can feel both joyful and overwhelming. Alysha’s approach is calm, nurturing, and family centred. She believes in meeting families where they are, creating a safe and supportive environment, and building trusting relationships while supporting and optimizing healthy development.
