Welcome to Align!
I am a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) and I am passionate about helping people get back to, or continue to be the healthiest versions of themselves. Whether you are an elite athlete, a weekend warrior, or a desk jockey, I am here to help with a wide variety of issues caused by sport, work, daily activities and more.
Each person is different, so why should everyone get the same treatment and rehabilitation plans? I believe that everyone’s body has a different story to tell. That is why I strive to find your unique solution by customizing individual assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation plans.
I also believe that patients have a better therapy experience when the practitioner’s personality suits their own. If you are not fluent in sarcasm, can’t handle me asking if you did your exercises (when we both already know you didn’t), and prefer awkward silence instead of my constant babbling, we might not be the best match. That said, I am always excited to meet new people and hear what they have to say!
