About Alisha
Alisha graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in July of 2023 with honours. Prior to attending ACTM, she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of New Brunswick.
Alisha uses a variety of techniques such as cupping therapy, hydrotherapy, diaphragmatic breathing, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and stretching to create a treatment that is tailored to each client’s individual needs. Her extensive knowledge of the human body as well as her love for helping people has made her very passionate about the work she does, with the ultimate goal being to help her clients - both mentally and physically - through therapeutic massage.
