I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex and highly stigmatized mental health diagnoses, including Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia, as well as clients with anxiety, self-harm behaviours and families who seek to improve communication and connection through family therapy.
Therapeutic Approaches:
My practice integrates evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate Internal Family Systems and Shame Resilience frameworks to support emotional regulation, self-compassion, and healing from relational and developmental trauma.
