About Alexis
Alexis graduated with Honours from the Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma program at Georgian College in 2019. She is passionate about massage therapy and providing her patients with excellent care to ensure they reach their treatment goals. She works towards achieving stress reduction, chronic pain management, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. She greatly believes in the use of modalities such as hydrotherapy, remedial exercise, and self-care to help benefit her patients.
She strives to continue in the pursuit of knowledge and is always working on expanding her skill set.
Alexis is a very bubbly, positive, and kind-hearted person who is always looking out for the greater good.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Alexis walking her dogs, spending quality time with family, at the gym, and practicing yoga!
