About Alexandra
Alya Bartlett is a Registered Physiotherapist originally from Ontario. Since graduating from the University of Toronto in 2015, she has spent much of the last decade working as an ICU physiotherapist at major trauma centres in Toronto (Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre) and Calgary (Foothills Medical Centre). Since relocating to New Brunswick in 2024, Alya has been splitting her time between Rehab1 Quispamsis and the Saint John Regional Hospital, and is excited to be helping individuals across the healthcare spectrum.
Alya has completed additional training in running assessments, dry needling, stroke/spinal cord rehabilitation, and the Bradcliffe Breathing Method (a technique designed to address dysfunctional breathing patterns).
