I am a Registered Social Worker with 15 years of experience and have worked with adults, children and youth, who are experiencing low self-esteem, anxiety and depression. As your therapist, I use a warm, friendly and collaborative approach to support you while helping you discover your strengths, build new skills and find confidence in taking the path forward. In my role I will be an active listener, while using proven techniques and therapeutic methods to challenge you. It is also very important to me that our time together is effective and that we see progressive change.
