About Aimee

Aimee Paikera is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been practicing since 1997. She is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School and Teaching Clinic in Toronto. Aimee has worked in Vancouver, the GTA, and now Waterloo. Aimee views massage therapy as a unique opportunity to assist individuals recovering from injuries, to manage chronic conditions, and to address their physical goals by encouraging a functional balance between mind and body. Whether a patient is seeking overall stress relief or treatment for specific pain, chronic condition, or injury, Aimee is dedicated to working with her clients to develop an ideal treatment plan that will achieve their goals. She enjoys using her technical skills and knowledge by incorporating Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, cranialsacral therapy, joint mobilization and reiki into her sessions.
