About Aeverie
Hello! My name is Aeverie, an east-coast Canadian who traded traffic for trails! I followed my heart west in pursuit of three things I love most: healing through massage, the Canadian Rockies, and life in the saddle. I’ve been an equestrian since the age of three, and years spent in the barn and in the arena taught me firsthand what soreness, imbalance, and injury can feel like. That lived experience — understanding the body under both strain and recovery — is what ultimately led me to the career path of massage therapy.
As both a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Professional Medical Esthetician, I move seamlessly between deeply therapeutic work and full body relaxation. I offer a range of specialized modalities — including cupping therapy, TMJ treatment, post-operative care, deep tissue massage, and sports and wellness massage — tailored for teens, adults, and seniors. Whether you’re seeking focused relief for stubborn tension or a soothing and restorative session, each treatment is customized with the goal of delivering meaningful and lasting results, helping you move better, feel better, and stay better.
Now living locally in Cochrane, I’ve truly fallen in love with the strong sense of community and the many wonderful people who call this town home. Being part of such a welcoming and vibrant place has made my work even more meaningful, as I’m able to support the health and wellbeing of the community around me.
