About Adrienne
Adrienne is a skilled massage therapist with a 2200-hour diploma from Alberta Massage Training, where she graduated in 2015. She creates personalized treatment sessions for her clients, blending relaxation techniques, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy to meet their unique needs. Adrienne also specializes in cupping therapy, IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys quality time with her two children, two dogs, and her cat. She’s passionate about softball, loves skiing, and is currently learning to golf.
