In 2014 she completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Physiotherapy - Continence and Women's Health at Curtin University (Perth, Australia). This launched her focused practice in Pelvic Health and Women’s Health at Diane Lee and Associates and the Bladder Clinic at the Jim Pattison Outpatient Centre in Surrey and afforded her the opportunity to refine her skills and work alongside Urologists, Urogynecologists, Obstetricians, Gynecologists and Nurse Continence Advisors. In 2019, she joined the team at Fortius Sport and Health in Burnaby and is excited to now be providing services in her home community of Langley, BC as a member of Full Circle Physiotherapy.
Bringing her years of clinical experience and passion for lifelong learning, Adrienne is committed to ongoing education and takes into account the best available research evidence into her practice. She treats all areas of Pelvic Health, adopting a whole body, whole-person, partnered approach where she works with her clients on their self-identified needs and goals from daily function to high level performance. She incorporates real time ultrasound into her assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor and core which provides unique insight and feedback for her clients. Regardless of the injury or dysfunction. Adrienne strongly believes in keeping people active and doing what they love to do through their healing journey.
Being a mom of 2 littles, Adrienne has a passion for assisting people to maintain their fitness and athletics during pregnancy, return safely to function, exercise and sport after birth and establish healthy relationships with their bodies through the lifespan.
