Adam has been an athlete his whole life, playing a variety of sports at a high level growing up. He found a love for Rugby in his teenage years and played for many years, finishing his career playing for Acadia University and winning a Maritime Championship in 2013. Adam is passionate about sports in general and combines this with his knowledge of human performance to help his clients reach their goals and live a pain free life. Adam combines soft tissue techniques, taping skills with appropriate exercise and stretching that are targeted for each clients needs.
Adam graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology in 2013, followed by graduating from Kikkawa College in 2015 where he got his diploma in Massage Therapy.
Outside of the clinic Adam enjoys everything hockey, football and golf. When not working you can find him golfing, skiing, or in the kitchen cooking.
