Eventually moved locations in 2010, employing several massage therapists, acupuncturists, and other personal trainers and class instructors to run a full gamut of services: TRX suspension training, various forms of yoga, Pilates, group circuit training classes, etc. Previously employed by Memorial University Basketball, Basketball NL, and Baseball NL to teach Nutrition fundamentals to teams/athlete's. Basically I run a 3 session course on nutrition, where I breakdown a pyramid of nutrition topics that are relevant to their athletic goals. Has been in the trenches of a personal trainer, therapist, and rugby player my whole life. Have established Incredibly Close relationships with several long-term clients (10 years + training together).
