I offer an individualized, integrative approach centered entirely on you, your needs, your goals, and your pace. In our work together, you’ll find a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you and create a plan that’s thoughtfully tailored to your unique life experiences. I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University & a Master of Education in Guidance and Human Development from the University of New Brunswick. I practice primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
