She has attended various courses like myofascial release, neurokinetic therapy level -1, cancer rehabilitation and wished to pursue further in pelvic floor rehabilitation. Madhura believes in a patient-centered approach to care. Her practice focuses on educating patients about safe movement, actively involving them in treatment planning and goal setting, and prescribing evidence-based therapeutic exercise programs. She also utilizes hands-on treatment techniques, including soft tissue mobilization, manual therapy, and clinically appropriate pain management strategies to support recovery and improve function. With a strong passion for movement, rehabilitation, and injury prevention, Madhura has developed a deep appreciation for the body's healing process. She understands the importance of balancing rest, appropriate medical intervention when required, and goal-oriented movement to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
