I wished to offer Ottawa a unique approach to pain management and healthy living that doesn’t just treat patients like another pair of feet. Instead, I cover everything from treating pain, to orthotics, to offering advice on footwear, to personal training so that you can get moving, enjoy life, and ultimately be your best self! My background in pedorthics and personal training allows me to work on healing tissues, while making the body more functional.
