She graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy and Teaching Clinic, with an expertise in massage techniques including: Swedish, gentle myofasical release, dynamic movement and lymphatic drainage. By gently reminding patients to reconnect their mind and body through awareness of breath and posture, Jennifer focuses on the value of self-care and relaxation in her practice. Her emphatic and holistic approach to massage means she incorporates a patient’s lifestyle, breathing, and movement patterns to help guide patients to co-create their treatment plans. She strongly believes in empowering patients and reminding them they are the experts of their own bodies. Her holistic approach to health includes collaboration with other health practitioners such as acupuncturists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, naturopaths, osteopaths, holistic nutritionists, psychotherapists, and personal trainers. Jennifer’s clinical experience includes: prenatal and high-risk pregnancy outreach clinic at Sunnybrook Hospital, multiple sclerosis outreach clinic, and geriatric clinic. Always on a mission to encompass wellness in her lifestyle, Jennifer also enjoys cooking, baking, and staying active.
