As an RMT, Janick creates treatments that are specifically tailored to each patient’s needs and goals, ensuring that patients feel really heard and seen when they come to see her. She aims to provide a space for her patients to cultivate greater awareness of their bodies. She works with firm but gentle hands, with a keen attention to flow, using a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, positional release, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular techniques.
