These skills can be especially challenging for people who are neurodivergent, such as those with ADHD or autism. Many people who are neurodivergent have developed great ways to manage their daily lives. However, sometimes, even the best strategies stop working—especially when life changes. Events like starting a new job, losing a job, changes in relationships, children reaching new milestones, or hormonal shifts can impact you greatly. Suddenly, the tools you used to keep up with appointments, work, social life, and family activities may not feel helpful anymore, and your to-do list can seem overwhelming. As a Board-Certified Leadership, Life, & Career Coach, I bring over 20 years of experience in human resources, professional development, workplace skills, leadership, communication, and personal growth. My passion is to offer a caring and supportive space where you can explore your strengths and feel more confident as you work toward your goals. I specialize in coaching that supports older teens and adults who are neurodivergent, including those who are differently-abled, highly sensitive, or have ADHD or autism.
