She holds a Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), following an Honours Bachelor of Science in Neurosciences from the University of Guelph and a graduate certificate in Sport Business Management from Durham College. Her diverse academic background supports a well-rounded and functional approach to care. Nicole uses a variety of treatment techniques tailored to individual needs, including the diversified chiropractic technique, functional rehabilitation, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, cupping, myofascial release, taping, acupuncture, patient education, and orthotics. Whether addressing pain, improving mobility, or optimizing performance, she is committed to providing patient-centred care. Nicole believes that movement is medicine—but finding movement that brings joy and fits your lifestyle is even more powerful. She empowers her patients to take an active role in their health and recovery. Outside the clinic, Nicole lives what she teaches. She keeps active through weightlifting, boxing, walking, and swimming. She also enjoys music, experimenting in the kitchen, and discovering new ways to support her own wellness.
