She enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels to assess and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Whether you're dealing with a new injury, persistent pain, or looking to improve your movement and performance, she is dedicated to helping you reach your goals. Jayden earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia Okanagan in Kelowna before completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto. She is also certified in Active Release Techniques (ART) and Graston Technique, allowing her to incorporate a variety of soft tissue treatment approaches into her care. Having grown up on Vancouver Island, she has always valued an active lifestyle and understands the importance of staying healthy and moving well. Outside the clinic, Jayden enjoys mountain biking, skiing, strength training, and running.
