I’m so glad you’re here. You matter, and your experiences deserve to be heard with care, respect, and compassion. Creating a safe and supportive space for that to happen is at the heart of my work. My name is Deborah. I hold a Master’s degree and have specialized certification in prenatal and postpartum support for birthing parents and siblings. I support clients navigating grief and loss, life transitions, work-life balance, mental health concerns, and personal growth. I bring over 25 years of experience in healthcare as a nurse in clinical settings, along with more than 20 years of experience as a family therapist. My hope in every session is to co-create a space where you feel affirmed and supported as you explore your experiences and move toward healing, clarity, and meaningful change. I am passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward lives that feel balanced, fulfilling, and authentic. A little more about my approach to care: My background in nursing from the University of Alberta, along with my family therapy training at the University of Calgary, has shaped the way I support individuals and families through life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I work with individuals, couples, and families ages 11+. I strive to create a space where people feel safe, heard, and respected.
