Each client experiences both problems and solutions in unique ways and Mr. Paul strives to work in collaboration with you to ensure you are both approaching the problem and the solution in a way that feels authentic. Mr. Paul uses a client-centred approach with adults (18+) who are dealing with neurodivergence (ASD, ADHD, either diagnosed or suspected), depression, anxiety, life changes, grief and many others. His focus is on helping clients better understand why they feel the way they do, and help them develop strategies to work with, or through those challenges. Mr. Paul also works with couples, using an Emotion-Focused (EFT) approach which includes exploring couples’ attachment history, attachment style, and the communication challenges. Often couples can find themselves addressing the symptoms of their issues, without addressing the root causes. Mr. Paul strives to dive deeper and address the source of the issues. Mr. Paul received his Master’s in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University.
