His passion for health and wellness began through his love for sports as well as lifting weights. He noticed from his own injuries which helped him experience the good and the bad side of care. It was then, Bryan has made the decision to dedicate his life to help people feel reinvigorated and become a better version of themselves through his treatments. Bryan began his journey when he started as a personal trainer. He helped guide people to achieve their goals whether they were looking to lose weight, gain strength and/or move freely through stretching and mobility work. This has helped create a foundation to his approach to treatment. In his spare time, Bryan loves being outdoors and is also an avid sports fan enjoying the likes of basketball, hockey and MMA.
