I strive to help my clients feel safe, valued, and empowered as they rediscover balance and connection in their lives. “Healing happens when we feel safe enough to be seen, supported enough to grow, and empowered enough to find our way forward.” Drawing on extensive experience in trauma recovery and relationship counselling, I work with adults and couples to foster understanding, resolve conflict, and build resilience. My integrated perspective allows me to address both emotional healing and daily functioning, guiding clients toward healthier perspectives and stronger bonds. Through evidence-based modalities, I encourage exploration of each person’s full potential—emotionally, cognitively, and functionally. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment that is inclusive, non-judgmental, and kind. Clients often seek my support for challenges such as relationship uncertainty, stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-esteem concerns. Together, we work to process trauma, develop routines, improve confidence, and cultivate balance through education and practical strategies for stress and anxiety management, life balance, and self-care. Outside of my professional life, I find joy in spending time with my husband, our sons, and our beloved French Bulldogs.
